-
Our center only accepts FPS, bank deposit, and bank transfer to collect all fees. Please refer to the payment information for details.

New students must pay the full tuition fee before the first class of the course. If the tuition fee is not paid before the deadline, the center reserves the right to refuse the student to attend the class; the student will also be considered suspended and all relevant registration information may be cancelled. The center has the right to give the place to the new student; the new student will not be given the past handouts.

Class matters
Bad weather
For arrangements in case of severe weather, please refer to the Centre’s Severe Weather Emergency Measures.
The centre will decide whether to suspend classes in accordance with the instructions of the Education Bureau. If the above situation occurs, the centre will not make individual notifications. Students and parents are requested to pay attention to the weather report of the Hong Kong Observatory and the Education Bureau's guidelines issued in the news report on that day.
If the weather conditions are unstable, parents must decide whether to send their children to class. Classes that are not affected by extreme weather or the Education Bureau’s class suspension guidelines will not receive any make-up classes or refund arrangements.
In case of any suspension of classes issued by the Education Bureau due to weather or emergencies, no make-up classes or refund arrangements will be made for the affected classes.
If any trainee has symptoms of infectious disease/influenza, such as fever or severe cough, he/she must take leave.
Students who need to take sick leave must inform the center 1-4 hours before the class so that the instructor can make arrangements. They must also make arrangements for make-up classes within the same month. Those who fail to do so will not be given make-up class arrangements or refunds without further notice.
If a student is found to have fever during class, the class will be suspended immediately and his/her guardian will be required to arrange for immediate transportation. No make-up class or refund will be provided for the affected class.
Any student who shows any symptoms of influenza or infectious diseases, such as runny nose or mild cough, must wear a mask; parents are also requested to provide students with spare masks for emergency use.
If students still refuse to wear masks after being requested, the center reserves the right to refuse students entry to the center or cancel their class for that day.
All classrooms in our centre are cleaned and disinfected regularly, and hand sanitizer is provided for students to use if needed.
Students have the responsibility and obligation to keep the classroom clean.
If a student accidentally vomits or urinates within the centre, parents or caregivers are required to clean up the area and pay a cleaning fee of HK$500.
Hygiene measures
Leave and make-up classes
The eight-class package must be used within one month. No make-up classes will be provided after the expiration date.
Unless otherwise announced, our center will be open on statutory labor holidays to avoid missing class days.
If any student is late for class, please inform the center 15 minutes before class. The instructor will end the class on time as scheduled. If you are late for more than 15 minutes without notifying the center, it will be considered as absenteeism.
Any personal leave (such as personal matters, on-campus make-up classes, travel or other activities) must be notified to the center via WhatsApp 3 working days before the class and make up class arrangements within the month. Those who are late or absent will not be arranged for make-up classes or refunds without further notice. Each student can only make up once a month.
If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness or unexpected events, he/she must inform the center 1-4 hours before the class so that the instructor can make arrangements. He/she must also submit a medical leave certificate to make up for the class within the month. If the student fails to do so, no make-up class arrangement or refund will be made without further notice. Each student can only make up for the class once a month.
All students who are absent without reason and without asking for leave will be regarded as absent from class. Students who are absent from class will not be provided with the handouts and materials for that class (or may need to purchase them separately), nor will they be arranged to take make-up classes or receive refunds without further notice.
If a student fails to attend a scheduled make-up class, the student may request the course materials and handouts from the instructor, but no alternative arrangements or refunds will be made for the make-up class without further notice.
All make-up classes must be arranged within the month and completed within the tuition period. They cannot be deferred or transferred.
